What you'll be doing

- Analytical Rigor: Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize user engagement, and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and technology to execute growth initiatives seamlessly.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand competitor strategies, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

What you'll need
- Experience: 2+ years in an analytical role, with exposure to strategy development and operational improvements.
- Blockchain Passion: Demonstrated interest in blockchain technology and the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, develop comprehensive solutions to complex problems, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with SQL preferred.
- Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership skills, with the capability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
